What My Clients Often Explore

If you’re like many of my clients, you might feel like you’re constantly managing the tug-of-war between doing your best and feeling like it’s never quite enough.
You know you’re self-aware — maybe even a little too aware — but it doesn’t stop the worry, overthinking, or pressure to hold everything together.

Here are some of the things we often explore in therapy together:

Feeling anxious, self-critical, or “too much.”
You might replay conversations, worry about what others think, or struggle to quiet your mind enough to rest.

🌿 Seeking validation and approval.
Maybe you measure your worth by your productivity, your relationships, or how people respond to you — especially online — and you’re ready to break that cycle.

💖 Challenges with self-worth and confidence.
You want to believe in your value and make choices that align with your integrity, but fear and self-doubt keep getting in the way.

🌼 ADHD and emotional regulation.
You might feel scattered, sensitive, or overstimulated — trying to build habits and systems that work for your brain instead of against it.

Trying to manage your emotions, relationships, and career, all while living a purposeful life, can feel like running 47 browser tabs at once.

And then you remember the world is literally on fire, rent’s due, and you’re not even sure if TikTok is good for your brain. No wonder you’re tired.

So, it’s not a surprise that your nervous system can’t rest…

🌿 Your emotions can feel like a rollercoaster — calm one moment, overwhelmed the next — leaving you wondering why it’s so hard to stay grounded.

💫 Managing work, relationships, and responsibilities can feel like juggling while blindfolded — everything’s moving, and you’re trying your best just to keep up.

💖 You’ve worked so hard to prove your worth that you’ve forgotten how it feels to believe in it.

🌙 Your mind runs through every “what if,” constantly scanning for what could go wrong — a habit that once kept you safe but now keeps you exhausted.

My Method

In our work together, we focus on creating calm from the inside out — not by “fixing” you, but by helping your mind and body reconnect.

🌱 Mind–body healing.
Through somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, you’ll learn how your body holds stress and how to find safety, presence, and ease again.

🪷 ACT-based self-awareness.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps you notice unhelpful thoughts, reconnect to your values, and take small, meaningful actions that feel aligned.

🌸 Self-compassion and curiosity.
You’ll learn how to treat yourself with the same kindness you offer others — replacing judgment with gentleness and understanding.

🔥 Authentic living.
This work is about rediscovering who you are underneath the pressure — learning how to rest, create, connect, and move through the world with confidence and joy.

Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

What is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy invites you to make space for all parts of your experience, the doubts, the fears, the hopes, and still choose a life guided by what matters most to you. In nerd speak, it’s like upgrading your Psychological Flexibility, building the resilience to handle whatever life throws your way with steadiness and grace.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

~ Carl Rogers

What is Somatic Therapy?

Somatic therapy is about learning the language of your body, discovering how movement, breath, and stillness can guide you back to safety, balance, and belonging within yourself.

This method teaches you how to listen to your body’s cues, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the physical sense of safety and presence that talk alone can’t always reach.
